OBJECTIVE
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Assembly of the Knights of Columbus announces its fifth annual “Knight of Patriotism” fundraising event, to be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the St. Joseph the Worker Social Hall. Last year’s event was a huge success. This year we anticipate the Knights and Salute supporters will experience a casual buffet and fun activities while raising $10,000 for Salute, Inc.
The Knights of Columbus holds as one of its core values, “Patriotism,” that is, the support of our country’s values and beliefs. As a result, we are sponsoring a fund raising event for SALUTE, INC., a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization, that passionately pursues meeting the financial, physical and emotional needs of military service members, veterans and their families. Its motto is “HONOR THE SERVICE, REMEMBER THE SACRIFICE.” Additional information is available at www.saluteinc.org.
